Postpartum Depression/Anxiety is a strong feeling of detachment, sadness, worry and/or tiredness that may last for a long time after giving birth. It’s a common problem affecting more than 1 in every 10 women within the first year of childbirth. These feelings can make it hard for you to take care of yourself and your baby.

Symptoms may include but are not limited to:
•Mood Swings
•Anxiety
•Irritability
•Feeling overwhelmed
•Uncontrollably crying
•Reduced concentration
•Appetite problems

We work with women contemplating pregnancy, women who are pregnant and women who gave birth in the last 24 months.
